We are very proud that, in partnership with Vodafone UK, our DevOps project has won the “Best Overall DevOps Project – Communication Sector” category at the DevOps Industry Awards 2020.
The DevOps Industry Awards celebrate the companies and individuals who have accomplished significant achievements when incorporating and adopting DevOps practices. The awards are judged by an independent panel of judges from some of the world’s biggest organisations.
Sandhata, in partnership with Vodafone UK, initiated the TIL Transformation Project to completely overhaul the way change is delivered in the Vodafone UK Integration Domain. The TIL application (middleware system) processes 100 million messages per day through 1000 APIs and is critical to the day-to-day operations of Vodafone. This project introduced full automation, touching all parts of the delivery lifecycle, and resulted in a step change in the capability to meet business demands.
This project has also had a marked impact on the Integration team’s day-to-day tasks, introducing efficiencies and enabling team members to focus on coming up with innovative solutions to the most important business problems. It has also resulted in massive cost savings related to time consuming and error prone manual tasks which have now been automated.
The project team comprised of Vodafone UK and Vodafone VOIS, with management, technical direction and delivery provided by Sandhata Technologies.
We are industry-leaders in delivering DevOps solutions to large organisations who are faced with unique, complex challenges and urgent business requirements. Click here for more information on how we can help you achieve your DevOps goals.
