We talk to Chandrika who recently joined Sandhata as a graduate. She shares how she found the onboarding process, what she has worked on so far, and her hopes for the future.
Tell us about your role at Sandhata?
As a Pega trainee analyst, I started at Sandhata in April 2022. I’m currently working for our client Vodafone, where I am supporting the team in the development of Pega products.
Why did you choose to go into IT and what brought you into Sandhata?
I’ve always wanted to work in IT. This career path provides me with a lot of satisfaction because it provides me with a lot of opportunities and allows me to progress at my own pace depending on my abilities.
When I heard about Sandhata I felt it was the right fit for me, because I am able to take on a range of projects that help in building my skills across different areas. That is what attracted me to work for Sandhata.
What was your experience joining company as a fresher?
I was a little shy talking with people as a fresher. However, the Sandhata team has supported me in figuring things out and helping me to understand everything. Now I’m able to sort things out and have greatly increased my skills and capabilities. I believe this is the best place for me to find fantastic work opportunities.
What can prospective employees expect to find at Sandhata?

Which projects are you currently working on?
I’m currently working on a project for Vodafone on the ordering systems, where we’ll be managing the application and also the UI using Pega. This is my first project and I have already learnt a lot. I’ve also used Pega internally to build email bots for Sandhata amongst other things. I’m eagerly looking forward to working on further projects with Sandhata and our clients.
What’s next for you?
I’d like to expand my Pega knowledge and work on more projects. I’ll put in the necessary hard work, and I’d like to learn any other skills that will assist me in expanding my technical and industry knowledge and experience. This will help me grow faith in myself and my abilities.
