Based in India, Anudit SInha is a Technical Lead & full stack developer at Sandhata. We caught up with Anudit to find out more about his role, his journey so far, and his hopes for the future.
When did you first become interested in IT?
I have been playing with computers from a very early age. I learnt my first programming language, BASIC, aged just 12. My passion for technology and computers grew with me, leading me to do engineering in the field of computer science and stepping into IT, learning new things and exploring the vastness of IT, which continues to expand just like our galaxy.
How did you first hear about Sandhata?
I have been working closely with Sandhata consultants since my fresher days as part of my first company. As I worked more and more with Sandhata, I realized the technological expertise of the organization and saw myself fitting in well there.
How has your journey been so far with Sandhata?
It has been amazing and full of learning! I started working within Sandhata as part of the Integration Domain for one of the largest telecom companies in UK. I am fortunate to be working on delivering technical capabilities as well as providing innovative and DevOps solutions. These are always delivered to increase the overall quality of delivery and reduce the delivery time.
I was recently involved in the launch of our new API Platform. This delivers a robust API Platform for clients, along with APIs for ready to use.
What is the most interesting thing you have learnt since joining Sandhata?
There are a lot of interesting and new things that I have learnt at Sandhata for the past 3 years. The most interesting of them all to me was the ability to transition from a Developer to a Designer to a Product Owner. This has helped in widening my scope of thinking and given me a very broad range of experience.
What is something you are particularly proud of at Sandhata?
The concerns, ambitions and goals of an employee are addressed and taken into consideration by the management, which is always refreshing to see in an organization.

What are you passionate about outside of work?
Outside of work, I like to keep myself fit, reading, travelling and sports.
