Competency required:
1) 2 to 4 years testing experience
2) Should be well acquainted with Testing Methodology.
3) Agile Testing Methodology is an added advantage
4) Quality center knowledge is added advantage
 

Skills:
Manual Testing
Automation tools – Selenium,Python, Shell, Perl, Silk test, QTP (combination of these)
Performance Testing – Jmeter, LoadRunner – Basics

Java Developers: Software Engineers / Senior Software Engineers

Experience: 2-5 Years
Mandatory: Core Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring, Web services, Hibernate , JPA, JavaScript, Design Patterns, Debugging skills, R&D skills
 

Optional: JSP, Servlets, Knowledge on DB PL SQL, Deployment Experience on Linux, Shell script

• Strong skills in Core Java (Mandatory)

• Full lifecycle application development (Mandatory)

• Excellent R&D skills (Mandatory)

• Ability to solve problems quickly and completely (Mandatory)

• Good Client interaction skills (Advantage)

• Designing, coding and debugging applications

• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation

• Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
